Parents, 

Declarations are due tonight by 8PM if you want your child to participate in the swim meet on Saturday. Swimmers can choose up to three strokes to swim at the meet from freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and Individual Medley (all four strokes). Your child must have shown proficiency in a stroke to register to swim that stroke. If you are unsure, please reach out to the coaches. Most new swimmers will only be proficient in freestyle and backstroke at this point. Relays will be determined by the coaches. 

To declare for the meet click on the link below and follow these steps: 

Swim Meets

• Click on the Meet Entry Open button on the line that says 06152024 Lenah Run vs Martin's Chase
• Click on Edit
• From the drop down menu next to your child's name select Not Attending this Meet or Attending this Meet
• If attending place a check mark in the Check to enter column for the events (up to 3) that your child wants to swim
• Select whether your child is available for relays
• Add any notes you want to send to the coaches about your child's participation in this meet
• Repeat the same step for any other children you have on the team
• Click Save
• Click on the Sign up for Job Shifts button
• Click on the Sign up for Jobs button
• Place a checkmark in the Check to signup column next to the job you will volunteer for
• Click Save Assignments
