REMINDER: Practice tomorrow will be at Propel Swim Academy in South Riding at 43160 Amberwood Plaza so the kids can have another opportunity to practice diving. We will also have one final dive practice at Propel next Tuesday July 16th. 

Practices will be at the same time as our normal age group practices, it will just be at this facility instead of our pool.  We encourage carpooling, and if you can drive, please offer to help out other parents in the same age groups as I'm sure many could use assistance.

If you have not been to Propel recently, there will be paper release forms that need to be filled out by each parent when you arrive at the facility. For those carpooling or who wish to fill out the forms ahead of time they can do so as follows:

1. Navigate to Propel account activation

2. Create family account

3. Accept all policies/waivers

4. Add any participating swimmers to their account
