Tonight is our last home swim meet. Please have your swimmers arrive by 5pm. Attached is the Heat Sheet. 

We are also still in need of three additional timers for tonight's meet. 

I am also attaching the final All-Star cut times from the league. Some of the times have been adjusted up since the prior version that was put out. Please join me in congratulating Ashley Frese who is our first all-star qualifier who qualified in breaststroke. Please also cheer on Zara Lee (free & back) and Aiden Sebelist (free & breast) who are both within a second or so of qualifying for All-Stars. 

We also have quite a few others who are within 3 or 4 seconds of qualifying for All-Stars, including Mark Lee for freestyle and backstroke, Ian Yun for freestyle, Sebastian Avalos for freestyle, Gian Yun for backstroke and breaststroke, Cian Yun for backstroke, Alayna Rodgers for breaststroke, Caroline Rodgers for breaststroke, Andrew Frese for breaststroke and Skyler Sterner for butterfly. 

Also, when you get home tonight please don't forget to declare your swimmer for our last regular season swim meet on Saturday that is at Stratford.
